National Development Programme for Coaching Excellence
I was delighted to be invited to interview and over the moon to be selected as part of this programme! Over the space of a year, 5 UKCC level 3 Dressage Specific Coaches joined with 15 other coaches from British Show Jumping and British Eventing, met, studied and grew together to become the first group of Coaches to be put through this programme.
The benefits have been huge and I feel I have become a far better and more established Coach as a result. We worked with Coaches outside of our field which brought us all out of our boxes and gave a new lease of development. We also worked with top Equestrian Coaches, an Actress and a Professor of Psychology but most of all we worked within our group and developed from each others strengths.
I am now thirsty for more…..whats can I find next to help me be the best Coach I can be……
